A steadier way to buy an appliance.
Almost everything about buying an appliance online is built to rush you: a timer in the corner, a struck-through price that was never charged, two left in stock on a warehouse item. None of it is about the machine. We took all of it out and left the specification.
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. What we add is the part the marketplace listing leaves out — a specification you can trust, dimensions in the units you measure in, an address in Orlando, and somebody who answers. No countdown timers, and not one struck-through price anywhere on this site.

FAQ
Fitting, delivery, warranty and what happens when something goes wrong.
Measure the gap rather than the appliance you are replacing — counters sag and a 24-inch gap is often 23½ by the time it is built. Every listing gives height, width and depth in inches, and several give the depth with the door open.
Send us the gap and the model before you order and we will check it against the manufacturer's drawing.
The manufacturer's own, and its length varies by machine — it is in the box and, where published, on the listing. We do not add a blanket guarantee of our own, because a promise we invented would be worth less than the one that comes with the appliance.
Your rights under federal and state consumer protection law run alongside it, and a manufacturer's warranty does not displace them.
Because we have not run a sale. There is no struck-through “was” price anywhere on this site and there will not be one unless it is a price we genuinely charged first. A catalogue that is permanently 70% off was never really that price.
They are mainstream household appliances from established manufacturing, bought in and sold on by us. We are a retailer, not a manufacturer, and we do not present another company's machine as our own design.
Where a product is compatible with somebody else's system we say so, because it is true and useful.
To the first ground-floor room of your choice, if they can get it there safely. Not upstairs, and not unpacked, installed, plumbed in or connected, and we do not take old appliances away.
Large items move on a booked two-person pallet slot rather than being left at the door.
Check the care and measuring page first. Transit bolts still fitted, a filter not seated, sensor tabs left on and a pump that has not been primed account for most of what gets reported as dead on arrival.
If it is still wrong, email us a photograph of the fault and of the rating plate and we will sort it.
